Sophro-relaxation & games workshop - Children
Playing while doing good is the objective of the workshops!
Through games, sophrology and relaxation, children are led to experience a moment of relaxation and sharing. They can express their emotions, learn to calm down and integrate awakening tools to better grow, better understand themselves and better understand others.
It's a way to improve your confidence and self-esteem!
In this benevolent space, children can give free rein to their imagination...
