No prerequisites are necessary. Everyone is doing the best they can, one step at a time.

The goal is to cultivate happiness!

• create a folded paper angel

• create with different materials (painting, drawing, collage, beads, recycling...)

• be attentive and observe what surrounds us

• focus on the positive and anchor it in oneself
